the firmware you have installed on your MR3040 isn't a custom firmware made by me. The attitude adjustment images are all tagged with the file
Even an image without the auto install script is tagged with this file.
So, to solve this topic. Did you start with a new MR3040 (and the TP-Link firmware) or did you already have a box?
Did you (re)download the MR3040-v1 image and then reflash your device? Reflashing on an already OpenWRT flashed device means running the "mtd" command.
You can try using the following steps to reflash you device using a redownloaded firmware from the link you mentioned (stable.openwrt.piratebox.de/auto)

cat /etc/pbx_custom_image cat: can't open '/etc/pbx-custom_image': No such file or directorywhich is not available on your box. Sorry.
Even an image without the auto install script is tagged with this file.
