no acces to openwrt on wr703n

Everything worked correctly until today.

I "lost" the key usb of storage and I have no copy of files to be put on a new usb key. I try to apply the "Upgrade PirateBox" of this page http://piratebox.cc/openwrt:diy want openwrt is allready installed on my wr703n

But if i try the command with the wifi connection of my pc off and with a rj45 to my modem
