having some install issues on 3020

3020 install worked first time round using the routers update screen but i messed up massively on the post install steps so decided best to start over, install 2nd time round using upgrade steps seems to be working but after install i have no wireless light on router and cant connect as no network showing

install log shows a few errors one being "cant create wireless lan trigger" but i have no idea what it means, log below, any help greatly recieved
