reflashed router now can't set up Kareha Image and Discussion Board (stage 4)

Hi all,

I had to reflash my router - with some help from people here - and rebooted. I've already set password and date. Then I ssh root@192.168.1.1, then type in vi /opt/piratebox/www/board/config.pl.

And there's nothing there, no ADMIN_PASS, just tildes on left hand side.

I've already re-flashed at least twice, I just can't get this thing to work.
