Upload to multiple folders?

Hi again! I got my Piratebox running smoothly for 2 days and I need to ask something. I will be using this for class and I wonder if there is any way to allow users to upload files to different folders. For example create Music, Video and Mix folders and allow users to choose to wich folder upload their files. Is it possible or I have to move them manually?
