alt_www contains basically... nothing.

Hello, I decided that vim was irritating to deal with (I know, some people really like vim, but it's not for me) so I decided to install with the alt_www folder on the USB drive. However, once I did that, I had a mostly blank alt_www folder with almost nothing in it. So, I decided to go here and copy everything from the www folder into alt_www, which gives me a very pretty index page but no image uploading and no shoutbox. Am I missing something?
