Is my TP-Link TL MR3020 bricked?

I have been trying to reflash my TP-Link TL MR3020. Now I can't get into it with Telnet or SSH. When it boots it goes through the normal sequence and even comes up on my Wifi list but the WPS/RESET switch never goes off. Pressing the reset but does nothing.

Any ideas?
