Changed my drive, now my Box is not working.

Wanted to change my 16gb flash drive for a new 32gb flash drive.
Copied everything in my 16 one to my 32gb one, but piratebox was not working.

Then I started messing around, and now, it won't work.
I'm not in my mac right now, I'm just trying random stuff with a PC at work.

I was trying to Putty into it, to reinstall everything.

The MR3020 is already flashed, so I guess that if I copy the install folder into the 32gb drive and SSH to reinstall, It should solve my problem. Am i Right?

Any ideas?
