Can't Connect to PirateBox WiFi Network (MR3020) [SOLVED: USB Drive Issue]

My PirateBox MR3020 has been working fine for a while, but now I can't connect to its WiFi network. The network SSID is visible in the list of networks, but connection fails every time after a long delay. I've tried restarting by unplugging it and plugging it back in. I've also tried connecting to it with various different devices but no success. I have no idea what might have caused this.

Actions performed:
1. Turn on the MR3020 by plugging it in to power with USB drive connected.
2. Wait for the MR3020 to start up. The light on the USB drive flashes for about 30 seconds then turns off. The WPS/RESET light flashes for about 50 seconds then goes solid. Two other lights on the MR3020 also go solid (I don't know their names; one looks like a wifi symbol, the other looks like an "O" with a halo around it).
3. Wait about 5 more minutes just to make sure startup and initialization of PirateBox has completed.
4. On my computer/phone/etc, in the list of available WiFi networks, I select "PirateBox - Share Freely".
5. The computer/phone/etc shows it's trying to connect (eg. with an animated waiting icon). After about 2 or 3 minutes of trying, it either fails to connect or continues trying endlessly without success.

Expected results:
WiFi connection should be established between the computer and MR3020 within a few seconds.

Actual results:
WiFi connection either takes a long time and fails or continues trying endlessly without successful connection.

Any advice would be appreciated! I can provide more info if necessary.
Thanks.
