What I Wanted to say was,

I found another OpenWRT image for my Device on the OpenWRT website and I could install extendRoot like you
explained it on this Guide piratebox_1.0_pre_install_guide [Matthias' Piratebox-Scripts]
It worked all up to the point where I should enter this command
 /etc/init.d/ext init

Please connect USB disk. If it is already plugged-in,
wait for a few seconds, and if nothing happens, please
Reconnect the device. Keep in mind that your router's
Ports may not be able to supply enough power to
spin-up a USB HDD.
.......................................................................................................................................................................^C

there it won't find any Drive at all

OK than I tryed it like you described it in your Experimental there

There I did all the steps it said and I installed Pirate Box on to the Device >>>>>> Partly Success :P

But there are still NO USB drives Mounted

rootfs on / type rootfs (rw)
/dev/root on /rom type squashfs (ro,relatime)
proc on /proc type proc (rw,noatime)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw,noatime)
tmpfs on /tmp type tmpfs (rw,nosuid, nodev, noatime)
/dev/mtdblock5 on /overlay type jffs2 (rw,noatime)
overlayfs:/overlay on / type overlayfs (rw,noatime,lowerdir=/,upperdir=/overlay)
tmpfs on /dev type tmpfs (rw,relatime,size=512k,mode=755)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,relatime,mode=600)
debugfs on /sys/kernel/debug type debugfs (rw,noatime)
/dev/loop0 on /opt/piratebox type ext4 (rw,sync,relatime,data=ordered)

this is the Device Kingston MLW221 (G1)

Thank you for all the Help
