Tp link MR3220 problem

Hello, i am new here, i'm from Belgium and i'm french speaking, so excuse my poor english.
I have buy 2 TP mr3220 v2.1 for a touristic site in 2013. I have installed open wrt and piratebox 0,6 without problem. And since 2 years, never had a problem with this.
This year, the touristic site has development and need new piratebox to increase the coverage.
I have buy new mr3220 but now it's version 2,3 (impossible to find improvement between 2,1 and 2,3 version)
My openwrt version was obsolete because the package link change, i have find the new version with correct link but impossible to install piratebox 0,6 ( i have the original version, i push the .ipk file in /tmp with scp and " opkg update && opkg piratebox*"
But impossible to achieve. Impossible to have the usb key in the /mnt.
I have try different usb key, the same as initial version, new model from sandisk, format in fat or fat32 but nothing.
I have sda and sda1 in directory.

Have you a idea.
The problem is : i have 10 new mr3220, the external box for it and i need external antena. And mr 3220 is the only model with only 1 antena.
