can you please post me the output of the following commands while the piratebox is running:

mount
ls -la /mnt/usb/PirateBox
ls -la /opt/piratebox
ls -la /opt/piratebox/www
cat /opt/piratebox/version
ls -la /mnt/
ls -la /mnt/usb
ls -la /usr/local
cat /etc/config/network
cat /etc/config/wireless
cat /etc/piratebox.common
cat /opt/piratebox/piratebox.conf

and what you changed.

Sorry, I know this is much. you may redirect the output in files or so.
The reason for this is, I want to get an impression how the system looks like and what you modified.
