3020 Bootloop

I'm not sure what I did but my device seems to be stuck in a boot loop. The log says it can't find /mnt/usb/install/cache/Package.gz_main which is true because it is actually in /mnt/usb/cache and nothing is in the install folder except the auto_install_done file.

I'm getting this over and over in the log:
