Need Help Unbricking my mr3040

Hi Fellow pirate box users im in need of your help
I Bricked my piratebox trying to make it a minipwner

this is what i did:
first i was going to restore it to oem firmware so i grabed the tp-link firmware and cut it using dd (dd if=aaa.bin of=bbb.bin skip=257 bs=512) on a linux vm i have
after that i put my piratebox in fail safe and then flashed the firmware that i cut
and then my MR3040 is now flashing all leds except the power led \
ive spent alot of hours on openwrt and tplink and pb wkil and fourms for this and now i need sugetions
