The device has a USB drive attached with 512MB extroot on (/dev/sda1 mounted to /mnt/usb) and a 14GB data partition (/dev/sda2 mounted to /data). The changes made so far were to set proto static for wan and to change SHARE_FOLDER and UPLOAD_FOLDER in piratebox.conf.
Let me ask you this: Did the PB install find my extroot on /mnt/usb and use that path, or does PB itself happen to use /mnt/usb for it's purposes? If so, that could be a collision.
