TP-Link TL-MR3020 with 1TB USB Drive

I recently purchased a 1TB USB drive off Ebay. I was hoping to use it with the TP-Link TL-MR3020. Doesn't seem to want to work. Any help would be appreciated. Pics included of Ebay listing and Speccy details.
