Isolate Files and Folders on Pendrive

Hi I have currently built my PirateBox on TPLink mr3020 and I have a situation . I am building a PirateBox for a school where students can enjoy education tutorials. For which i would be handing it to someone else to install it. I dont want them to see what my content in the Pendrive is . For which i want the Files and Folders to be isolated . Maybe create an image and mount it securely and so . But i dont know how to do it . Can some body please help me on this .
