If you reconfigured the LAN interface to be wan, it is pretty easy..

- Login, and switch over to the tmp directory
- download the openwrt firmware
- initiate flash

cd /tmp
wget  http://stable.openwrt.piratebox.de/auto/openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-mr3020-v1-squashfs-factory.bin
sysupgrade -n openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-mr3020-v1-squashfs-factory.bin

There it starts..
