Thank you - Thank you. I did have an older version of the firmware file. I had downloaded it from instructions for Librarybox back in August and had not reloaded since then. I downloaded the one from stable.openwrt.pi ratebox.de and went thru the rest of the process and it completed the installation and said "Setup Complete. PirateBox started." I disconnected and rebooted and when rebooting with no ethernet connected to the 3020 - It lights up three of the status lights - on steady, That is the Power On; the Internet Connected & the WLAN enabled. However, I do not find the PirateBox SSID visible on my WIFI devices. I look for it both with my netbook and with a Kindle and neither sees it.
The first time I went thru this latest configuration process, I did not edit /etc/config/firewall or /etc/config/wireless as is suggested in the :Piratebox document I am following (the Librarybox instructions do mention these at all). After the first attempt, I could not see the WIFI so I went back thru the complete process and this time I DID edit the firewall and wireless files per the instructions and it still does not show up with the WIFI SSID anywhere. I feel I am very close now but must be missing something else.
