If you remove the Piratebox package from the router, you won't see the wifi, because the software isn't present. Why did you remove the Piratebox package if you would like to further use it?
What is your aim? Do you want to a clean OpenWRT router or do you want your piratebox back?
Also, which version of the piratebox did you have installed / want back?
First of all, try connecting to the piratebox with an ethernet cable and ssh/telnet.
If you can't log in, you can try Failsafe mode.
