in prompt command of linux i must write

then into the telnet of the tp-link

# wget 127.0.0.1:8080/TL-MR3020_V1_120320.bin
# mtd -r write mr3020*up*.bin firmware


but the ip in failsafe mode is 192.168.1.1 and the pc ip is 192.168.1.2 ... ?

it's possible to copy the firmware in a usb memory and upgrade through the usb port ?
