Help! My MR3020 Gives the Error "Broken Pipe"

Hi all,

I got my MR3020 from Amazon today and have been following the instructions on the website when I ran into several problems. My first problem is that I am unsure of what my gateway router's IP is. Here is a screenshot showing what I believe is the relevant information. Another problem I encountered (possible linked to the first problem) is that I continuously get the error "broken pipe" when using the

cd /tmp

command. Please help.
