well, it seems something is wrong with your image file or the flash progress. It seems the script is not able to write upon your flashdisk.

Please redownload the image file again and exchange it on the usb stick.
Then boot your box,
login via ssh,
run

Language: PHP
mv /mnt/usb/install/auto_package_done /mnt/usb/install/auto_package
rm  /mnt/usb/install.log
cp /mnt/usb/openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-mr3020-v1-squashfs-factory.bin  /tmp
mtd write -r /tmp/openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-mr3020-v1-squashfs-factory.bin firmware

and then cross your fingers.
