Have I bricked this 3020

Had a previous installation that I wanted to update to 1.0....

Followed the update instructions and waited....

Hours later showed the WIFI network but I could not connect, tried to telenet and this failed.
Rebooted the box and....

All leds flash for a second, then the USB flashes for a second a then I am left with only the power led on.

No WIFI signal and ethernet connection.

Where do I go from here?
