Thank you for steering me off to your beta section; I realize now that this tutorial applies to beta only and will not work on prior ipk builds I.e. 0.6.3. Etc
I have got ext4 to mount correctly. What I found was
-I had to use ubuntu "disks" program to format drive (was the only way I could create sda1?? if I tried to format via terminal it would only establish a sda partition, odd? This would cause mount to fail because service calls to mount sda1)
Also, "cp /rom/etc/... " this command failed for me. I checked the dir contents and only "note" which appears to be an fstab related file was present. Anyways, I skipped this step and resumed the rest, all worked fine for me.
I also did /etc/init.d/fstab start/enable at some point (unclear if this step is required or not)
Anyways, all working great now! Thank you! This project is truly awesome! The mesh network concept is really neat too. Exciting stuff this! Let me know if you need any exclamations points, I've got plenty! :)
