Thank you, Matthias, for your helping hand. I apologize for my late response. I was not aware of the install.log before, thanks for pointing me to that. Interestingly, it's started working after I tried one more time with fresh installation of openwrt, and by formatting USB drive. I did follow the same procedure several times before and it didn't work. I tried to recreate the problem by doing everything all over, and it didn't work. I guess, I was doing something wrong.
For your concern, the present install.log is at- [pastebin.com] . I see few warnings about chown and icmpv6. Are they anything to worry about?
