You know that is done, when it did a reboot and at least 3 lights are steadily online (not flashing).
Depending on the speed of the USB drive, you can assume an installation time between 20 and 40 Minutes.
It takes a while to do that stuff for the tiny CPU.
When the Box is done (LEDs burning), you should be able to see a SSID "PirateBox - Share freely", which you should be able to connect to.
after this, please follow with the post installation process
