Guess your flat isn't the best location if you want others to use it, so I don't see much of a point having it working as a PB all the time. I sometimes bring mine to the library, coffeeshops, airport etc but it never sees much "action".
Access managment might be possible by setting it up to also work as a captive portal, so that anyone who connects to the PB WiFi gets redirected to piratebox.lan and have to supply a username and password in order to access the internet.
I've got some ideas I want to try out, with these kind of features (captive portal, local DNS etc) available as modes you can switch between using the toggle switch on the MR3020. But I'm kind of swamped with my studies these days but hope to be able to start working on it in a few weeks.
