ok, that we can solve.

Login to your piratebox via SSH and run:

/opt/piratebox/bin/install_piratebox.sh /opt/piratebox/conf/piratebox.conf content

You might see some chown & chmod errors, just ignore it. (Because you are using FAT32 filesystem)

For restoring the imageboard

rm  /opt/piratebox/share/board/init_done
cp /mnt/usb/install/kareha_3.1.4.zip /opt/piratebox/tmp
/opt/piratebox/bin/install_piratebox.sh /opt/piratebox/conf/piratebox.conf  imageboard

You might see some chown & chmod errors, just ignore it. (Because you are using FAT32 filesystem)
