Sure. IP addresses only become an issue when your home router has the same address and you want your PB to reach the internet. For simply running the PB it perfect.

I think it does say "permission denied" in a lot of cases but that is not a problem (as far as I remember). I remember a bunch of permission denied messages, but installation should complete
After installation have you tried accessing the page?
