Hi,
flash the device with the latest stable release (attitude Adjustment), then do the following steps.

0. Prepare USB device with install folder and apply it to your router. Remember, it should be one whole FAT32 partition.
1. Connect your router via WAN port to your home-router
2. login to your freshly flashed OpenWRT (telnet)
3. Run the following commands:

Language: PHP
opkg install http://stable.openwrt.piratebox.de/all/packages/pbxopkg_0.0.6_all.ipk
opkg update 
opkg install box-installer wireless-tools
box_installer_start.sh

Then the complete piratebox installation should be done.
