How to undo "piratebox nodns" ?

Hi

i followed the guide to install piratebox on a mr-3020 and it worked wonderful.
then i sought a way to give internet to the wlan clients, so i searched and followed the guide again and executed
/etc/init.d/piratebox nodns

then i had internet and it was good :)
but then i moved the piratebox to a different network, where no dhcp was available and no clients got ip adresses anymore.
so i researched what happened.
the documentation seid: instead of the piratebox distributing IPs, this is done now by the internet providing router.
if there is none, no adresses are distributed which is what happened.

1. what can i do to reactivate the dhcp?
2. and still have internet?
