So did you replace the install folder with a fresh copy? It is important to wait a while after reflashing, it will take 3 or 4 additional reboots until everything is installed.

this looks more like your board installation broke or isn't completed yet. Is the box still blinking regulary or are the LEDs steady for while. If last, you need to post the install.log best regards...
